One declared workflow
Origin market, seller’s own launch intent, chosen SKU set and the evidence locations they are willing to share.
Use this printable 12-field checklist to collect a seller’s own evidence, identify who owns each dispatch/returns handoff, and label unknowns before a 10-SKU operational preflight.
Origin market, seller’s own launch intent, chosen SKU set and the evidence locations they are willing to share.
Who packs, labels, hands over, receives returns and owns an exception—not assumptions based on a logo or courier name.
Public, seller-confirmed, missing, owner-confirmation required, professional-check trigger or explicitly out of scope.
Record the seller’s declared EU origin market and the date of their statement. Do not convert this into an eligibility claim.
Write the seller’s own plain-language flow from product evidence to dispatch and return. Keep alternatives as separate workflows.
Use seller-selected internal identifiers and short descriptions. Do not upload customer, order, payment or account data.
For each SKU, point to the exact public URL or seller-supplied document location. “Available on request” is a missing-evidence state.
Name the party who can confirm what has or has not been submitted or approved. A reviewer does not submit listings or access Seller Center.
Name who confirms packing, label creation and handoff. Record any unconfirmed handoff as an owner question, not a delivery promise.
Record the seller-declared courier/service reference and who can verify it. Do not infer capacity, SLA, cost or acceptance.
Record the seller’s declared returns destination and the party responsible for it. A UK address or courier name alone is not proof of a working return flow.
Name the owner for late, damaged, failed-delivery or return exceptions. Do not predict an outcome or assign legal responsibility.
List missing documents, contradictory claims and unconfirmed owners in plain language. Unknown is a valid and useful status.
Flag—not answer—VAT, customs, product safety, certification, dangerous goods, consumer-rights, insurance or other specialist questions.
Nominate the person who can correct a wrong link, identifier or ownership statement after the draft ledger is returned.
| Field | Safe status | What it means | Next owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| SKU evidence URL | public link observed | A specific public location was supplied or located; its contents are not treated as a compliance conclusion. | Seller confirms relevance |
| UK return route | seller confirmation required | A route or address is named but not independently treated as an operating outcome. | Seller / returns partner |
| Courier handoff | missing owner | No named party can yet confirm the precise handoff step. | Seller / fulfilment operator |
| Tax or product question | professional-check trigger | The item is identified but not assessed by this operational review. | Qualified adviser |
A free 1-SKU gap card can show the format. The separate £149 / 10-SKU test offer returns one evidence-and-owner ledger plus one factual correction round against accepted links or documents. Price is a validation hypothesis, not a proven market price.
